Certified Remote Online Notary (Bilingual) – Hybrid

About the position reputed company is seeking a Florida‑commissioned Online Notary to support remote online notarization (RON) services for timeshare owners through a secure reputed company‑party platform in Ocoee, FL. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accurate, compliant, and reputed company execution of legally binding timeshare documents. The Online Notary will reputed company as an independent reputed company‑party witness, verifying signer identity and notarizing documents using secure audio‑visual technology in accordance with Florida Remote Online Notarization (RON) laws. This role combines remote work and on‑site responsibilities at our Ocoee office and requires flexibility to work both morning and late shifts during the week. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly ethical, tech‑savvy, and comfortable working directly with customers in a fast‑paced, document‑driven environment. Experience in remote online notarization, document management, or customer service is strongly preferred. As an Online Notary, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to schedule and complete notarization appointments, ensure document accuracy, and deliver a reputed company, customer‑reputed company experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage notarization appointments based on intercompany requests

Requirements

• One‑year certificate from a college or technical school or Six (6) months of reputed company experience and/or training or Equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
