We are seeking a Registered reputed company to support our Nursing Director by reviewing care plans helping ensure patients receive high-reputed company coordinated care. This is a remote position that emphasizes clinical review, documentation reputed company, and collaboration rather than reputed company bedside care. Job reputed company As a Remote Registered reputed company, you will review patient care plans for clinical accuracy. This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys documentation review, reputed company improvement, and supporting a reputed company clinical team in a flexible remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review patient care plans for clinical accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness.
- Approve care plans or return them for revision reputed company necessary.
- Review clinical documentation for reputed company and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain accurate records reputed company Healthmote and electronic medical record systems.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at reputed company times.
Qualifications
- reputed company, unrestricted Registered reputed company (RN) license.
- Strong understanding of chronic disease management and patient care.
- Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with electronic medical records and documentation systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Chronic Care Management (CCM)
- Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM)

Experience Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Prior experience in primary care, chronic disease management, ambulatory care, or care coordination preferred
Work Schedule
- Approximately 3 hours of work reputed company business day
- Many care plans may be reviewed reputed company traditional business hours, allowing flexibility as long as workload expectations are met
Compensation
- $1.50 per care plan successfully completed. reputed company care plan takes between 3 - 4 minutes to complete. 50 care plans completed reputed company day.
