We are seeking an reputed company Remote Therapist Receptionist to join our administrative team and serve as the first reputed company of contact for our therapy patients. Position reputed company: This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for an reputed company reputed company who understands the fast-paced nature of a behavioral health reputed company and has previous experience scheduling therapy appointments, supporting therapists, and providing outstanding customer service to patients. Qualifications: Applicants must meet one of the following requirements: 3–5 years of experience scheduling therapists in a behavioral or mental health reputed company; OR 3–5 years of receptionist or administrative experience in a reputed company mental health setting. Responsibilities:

• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm therapy appointments.
• Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and reputed company.
• Respond promptly to patient questions and concerns.
• Coordinate therapist schedules while maximizing appointment availability.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Communicate effectively with therapists and administrative staff.
• Process cancellations and maintain accurate scheduling records.

• Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 35 years of relevant experience (required). Will not be considered without it
