Position is based out of Revity Omics Clinical reputed company Interpretation Center in Atlanta reputed company, and can be performed 100% remote. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• An important cross-functional role working with health care professionals, genetic counselors, and laboratory operations to coordinate genomic testing services.
• Work closely with Genetic Counselors and wet lab to reputed company case management including test request review, draft reports, sample status, and calling out results.
• Respond to phone and email inquiries from reputed company.
• Organize and manage paperwork for repeat and reputed company testing and basic variant analysis.
• Other tasks as requested by the reputed company Genetic Counselor Assistant.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in a physical science such as reputed company, biology, biochemistry, or medical technology.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in reputed company, clinical laboratory testing, newborn screening, and/or reputed company.
• Five or more years of industry experience in a customer-reputed company support role.
• Knowledge of genetic concepts and terminology.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, customer relations and ability to effectively communicate with patients and reputed company.

• Curiosity, creativity, enthusiasm, and the ability to learn quickly.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Schedule is dayshift Monday through Friday.
• Employee may be requested to work other shifts depending on the needs of the laboratory.
• Weekend rotation may be required.
• Travel is not required.
