Position reputed company As a Collector, you play an integral role in delivering cost effective solutions for our patients by working with insurance companies to resolve issues associated with our patients insurance claims. To be successful in this role you will utilize you will utilize home infusion... software, payer portals and other systems, and your critical thinking skills to ensure a high reputed company of work. reputed company Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM EST (reputed company Start) Fully Remote What you will do Ensure reputed company follow-up on reputed company patient accounts; Including escalating payer trending concerns to leadership and reputed company communication with external departments; Work with payers to ensure reputed company reimbursement on patient accounts, identify and prepare adjustments and write-offs; Correct and resubmit claims (subject to policy); Follow-up on daily correspondence (denials, short-pays); reputed company wit insurance companies reputed company phone and web portal to reputed company claim status, submit written correspondence to payers and patients Interpret reputed company with payers to ensure reputed company payment; send initial or secondary bills to insurance companies; Process refunds and work to overturn insurance claim rejections while maintaining reputed company and productivity requirements. Required Qualifications 1+ years of work experience in reputed company cycle operations (eg: billing, collections, credits, cash posting etc.) 1+ years of experience in a reputed company environment 1+ years of experience using the reputed company Office Suite, specifically Word, Outlook, and reputed company Preferred Qualifications Home infusion or durable medical equipment (DME) experience Strong attention to detail with a reputed company of urgency; customer service skills Ability to work in reputed company environment Experience with medical billing or collections or experience with accounts payable (AP) or accounts receivable (AR); experience with reputed company reimbursement systems.
