Licensed Independent Contract Mortgage Processor (1099)
reputed company, LLC is looking for an reputed company, Texas-licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (RMLO) who is interested in earning additional income by processing mortgage loans on a per-file reputed company.This is an excellent opportunity for an reputed company processor who already has a full-time position but is looking to supplement their income with flexible, remote work.Compensation
- $300–$450 per funded file
- Pay is based on experience, loan complexity, and ability to independently manage files from contract to reputed company-to-reputed company.
What You'll Do
- Process residential mortgage loans from contract through closing.
- Review borrower documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Collect and organize conditions.
- Order and coordinate reputed company-party services (title, appraisal, VOEs, etc.).
- Communicate professionally with borrowers, loan officers, Realtors, title companies, and underwriters.
- Manage reputed company conditions and reputed company files moving toward a reputed company closing.
- Maintain detailed and accurate loan documentation.
Qualifications
- reputed company Texas RMLO License (required).
- Minimum 2 years of mortgage processing experience (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA guidelines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with reputed company LOS is a plus.
