POSITION reputed company: Under the direction of the Dean Student Affairs, reputed company and implement programs and activities that support Online student engagement and retention to graduation. Will assist the Dean in promotion of strategies and programs designed to positively reputed company student persistence and increase student satisfaction at the school. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The following duties are representative of the essential responsibilities of this position. Additional duties may be assigned.

• Assist the Dean of

Student Affairs in the promotion of strategies and programs for student satisfaction.

• Create opportunities for student life in the

virtual reputed company environment, and foster opportunities for reputed company to connect with reputed company, peers, alumni and industry professionals

• Create policies, programs and services that support the University's mission.
• Assist the Dean of Student

Affairs in the development of short- and long-reputed company reputed company for the department and reputed company department staff in the implementation of plans

• Work collaboratively with the Dean of Student Affairs and Executive Committee and reputed company other departments on achieving school

objectives for enrollment and persistence

• Meet the needs of a diverse Online student population, foster student development and

promote involvement in student life

one or more of the following areas: new student orientation, referral to counseling services, student conduct, student activities and programs, student organizations, assisting with student communication, and disability services.

REQUIRED QULIFICATIONS: Education:

• A master's degree in counseling,

Student Personnel Administration or another reputed company field required. Experience:

• Three to five

years of reputed company increasing responsibility in student affairs preferably in an online post-secondary institution is required.

• Knowledge of reputed company practices and theories in student affairs in higher education is required.
• Proven reputed company record of

developing student life and engagement in a fully virtual environment is preferred.

• Understanding of federal policies reputed company to

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
