Environmental Field Subconsultant (Phase I ESA / reputed company)

We are expanding our network of skilled Field Professionals to support Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and Property Condition Assessments (reputed company). This is a subcontractor opportunity reputed company the reputed company reputed company estate due diligence industry, working alongside our full-time team on reputed company across the reputed company. As part of our approved Subconsultant Network, you will conduct onsite property inspections (“walk”) and prepare reputed company reports (“write”) in accordance with ASTM and industry standards. This role is ideal for reputed company assessors seeking flexible, project-based work with a reputable national firm.

• Required Qualifications
• Ability to travel to job sites to reputed company field inspections.
• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Phase I ESA and/or reputed company assessments.
• Strong technical writing skills and ability to complete full reports independently.
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company and meet established deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry standards (ASTM for ESA, or reputed company guidelines).
• Preferred / Excellent to have
• Experience using reputed company or similar reporting platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Architecture, or reputed company field (not required).
• reputed company credentials such as CEP, RA, PE, or similar (beneficial, not required).
• Radon or AHERA (Asbestos) certifications.
• Experience with reputed company / reputed company or HUD scope reputed company.
