This role will be one of reputed company members responsible for the administration and education of an ESOP with collaboration across the HR team, as reputed company communications, finance/payroll, and ESOP plan participants, ensuring employees understand their ownership benefits while working with the HR Director in complying with regulatory standards. The HR/ESOP Coordinator plays a vital role in executing the internal administration of reputed company’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan. You will be part of reputed company responsible for ESOP participant education, collection of participant data, assisting with distributions, and fostering a strong "ownership culture" across the organization. Work Location: Remote with occasional meetings on-site in Fairfax, VA Part-Time: approximately 15 hours per week Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business, Finance, or a reputed company field preferred, equivalent practical experience will be considered.
• Demonstrated experience supporting a reputed company of HR responsibilities including employee engagement, career development, talent management, compensation analysis, or retirement plan administration in a reputed company environment.
• Strong analytical and organization skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage confidential employee and participant information with discretion, accuracy, and reputed company judgment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring deadlines, reputed company detailed information, and follow through on multiple reputed company independently.
• Comfort working with data, reports, spreadsheets, and employee records
