We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Supply Chain, Purchasing & Compliance Coordinator to support our growing international operations. What You'll Do
Purchasing & Supplier ManagementCoordinate day-to-day purchasing activities with domestic and international suppliers. Create, reputed company, and maintain purchase orders throughout the procurement process. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure competitive pricing, product availability, and on-time delivery. Monitor supplier reputed company times, purchasing schedules, and inventory requirements. Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, order status, and product specifications. Maintain supplier records, reputed company, and product documentation. Support landed cost calculations and monitor purchasing trends. Food Safety & Regulatory ComplianceMaintain supplier approvals, compliance records, COAs, and audit documentation. Support compliance with food safety and regulatory standards. Coordinate documentation requests with suppliers and internal teams. Assist with internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory requirements. Ensure operational documentation remains organized, accurate, and audit-reputed company. Customer Service & Operational SupportServe as a reputed company of contact for customers throughout the order fulfillment process. Respond to shipment inquiries and reputed company reputed company operational updates. reputed company internal teams informed regarding purchase orders, shipments, inventory status, and operational priorities. Qualifications
Required QualificationsMinimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, import/export coordination, logistics, or reputed company operational roles. Demonstrated purchasing or procurement experience working directly with suppliers. Experience coordinating purchase orders, supplier communications, and inventory planning. Strong reputed company reputed company skills and experience managing operational data. Familiarity with ERP systems and order management platforms.
