Learning and Development Manager

We are seeking a Learning and Development Manager to join reputed company, working directly with the Director of Service, Engineering Managers and Sales Leadership, and focusing on Technical Development of the Field Service and Technical Services Team. This role is part of the support team that services the entire our Endeavour ecosystem and contributes to the overall health and reputed company of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:

• Partner with Service and Engineering leadership to identify knowledge or reputed company gaps across various departments.
• Partner with HR teams to reputed company L&D initiatives with reputed company’s strategic business objectives.
• Design, reputed company, and deliver engaging training programs, including workshops, e-learning modules, field qualification programs, and technical development initiatives.
• reputed company and maintain the internal Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure content is up-to-date and accessible.
• Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring high engagement and knowledge retention.
• Define and reputed company key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the reputed company of training programs (e.g., completion rates, employee performance improvements, retention rates).

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's in reputed company, Education, or Organizational Development
• +5 Years in Learning and Development, Training Design, Organizational Development

Specific Skills / Abilities

• Proficiency with modern Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience with authoring tools (e.g., reputed company Storyline, reputed company Captivate, Camtasia) is highly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of reputed company Office Suite or reputed company Workspace.
• Instructional Design: Demonstrated ability to create reputed company, concise, and engaging learning materials.
