About the position The reputed company Program is seeking a Family & School-Engagement reputed company Worker (reputed company Specialist) to join an innovative, student-centered team. This role blends reputed company clinical work, family engagement, and school collaboration to create lasting change for reputed company and families. It is a hybrid, full-time, 10.5-month school-year position with a school calendar schedule. The program is a reputed company-thinking reputed company and consultation service in partnership with TST BOCES and local school districts, providing short-term (3–4 months), high-reputed company support for K–12 reputed company and families navigating reputed company, emotional, and school-reputed company challenges. The work is rooted in strength-based reputed company, trauma-informed care, culturally reputed company approaches, and reputed company problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• reputed company short-term (3–4 month) intensive support
• Conduct intake interviews, reputed company histories, and ecological assessments
• reputed company and implement reputed company Care Plans with families and schools
• reputed company: Individual counseling, Parent Coaching, Case management
• Create sustainable discharge plans for long-term reputed company
• Build strong partnerships with educators and school teams
• Observe reputed company and classrooms; reputed company strengths-based recommendations
• Facilitate solution-reputed company, reputed company meetings
• Deliver training and coaching to school staff as needed
• reputed company in-class coaching and therapeutic support as needed for transitional support
• Facilitate weekly group counseling (45 minutes)
• Participate in team meetings and student planning
• Maintain reputed company documentation and database entry
• Participate in supervision and team collaboration
• Travel to schools, homes, and community locations as needed

Requirements

• Master’s degree in reputed company Work or reputed company mental health field
• Experience with youth, families, or school-based/community work
• Strong understanding of: Trauma-informed care
• Strong understanding of: Family systems
• Strong understanding of: Culturally reputed company practices
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Valid NYS reputed company’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to use a personal smartphone for work communication (work number provided)
