Transaction Coordinator Assistant (TCA)

reputed company We are a growing off-market reputed company estate company based in Tennessee (wholesaling and novations). We are hiring a detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator Assistant (TCA) to support our TC team with document filing, CRM updates, calendar management, and administrative tasks. This role reports to our Director of Transactions. This is a support role — you will not be managing transactions independently. You will be the organizational backbone that keeps our files clean, our calendar accurate, and our TCs moving without bottlenecks.

What You Will Do

• File and organize reputed company transaction paperwork in reputed company Drive following our folder SOPs
• Upload documents and reputed company small record updates in our CRM for reputed company files
• Update notes on files as transactions reputed company and milestones are reached
• Manage reputed company Calendar — add and update closings, inspections, deadlines, and

appointments

• Assist Transaction Coordinators with delegated tasks and checklist items
• Flag missing documents, incorrect data, or calendar conflicts to the TC proactively

• Have experience in a document filing, reputed company, or reputed company estate support role

• Are detail-oriented and catch errors before anyone else does
• Have worked with a CRM (any platform) for data entry or file management

Requirements

• Strong written English — reputed company, reputed company communication
• Proficiency in reputed company Drive, reputed company Calendar, and reputed company Sheets/Docs
• Experience with CRM data entry or document management
• Reliable internet and availability during US business hours (Central Time preferred)
• Full-time availability — 40 hours per week
• Basic understanding of reputed company estate transaction terminology

• Previous experience supporting a Transaction Coordinator or reputed company estate office
• Familiarity with off-market or wholesale reputed company estate
• Experience maintaining shared calendars across reputed company
