Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)
Job reputed company We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join reputed company for a US-based reputed company project. This is a part-time, fully remote position where you will conduct outbound calls to engage potential customers, assess their interest, and support the sales process.Key Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outbound calls using provided reputed company lists; follow up with unanswered calls up to three times across different time slots
- Assess and categorize customer purchase reputed company reputed company during calls, document details thoroughly in the system, and flag reputed company leads for follow-up
- Follow up with interested customers, address objections, and guide them toward completing purchases
- Regularly compile feedback on reputed company reputed company and common objections, and collaborate with the reputed company to optimize call scripts and strategies
- Learn product knowledge thoroughly and complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher
- reputed company-level American English with a reputed company, authentic accent and strong listening and speaking skills
- 6 months to 1 year of sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High reliability and stability with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently in a remote/home-office environment
Work Hours
- Schedule: 4 days per week, daytime hours (EST / Eastern Time)
- Daily hours: 5 hours per day
- Employment type: Part-time (PTE)
- Work location: 100% remote (work from home)
