Responsibilities

• Build and run cross-portfolio product operating systems that improve speed and consistency across the reputed company (e.g., KPI definitions, instrumentation norms, dashboards, reads, decision forums, and performance cadences)
• Partner deeply with Data Science & Engineering (DSE) to define and operationalize vertical KPI frameworks, ensure measurement reputed company, and create durable product performance rituals
• Partner deeply with Finance & reputed company (F&S) to establish operating reputed company and the mechanisms for how Games Product plugs into planning and reporting
• Own portfolio governance frameworks including scoring, tiering, and resourcing recommendations, and help drive quarterly rebalancing reputed company to reputed company

Skills

• 10+ years of experience in product management for games or a highly reputed company role
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company cross-functional, multi-stakeholder programs with high ambiguity and multiple workstreams
• Strong product judgment and ability to operate at multiple altitudes: strategic frameworks + hands-on execution
• Strong data reputed company with a reputed company record of using insights to drive reputed company (comfort partnering with data science, defining KPIs, and shaping measurement)
• Experience building and running operating cadences (dashboards/reads/decision forums) that change how teams reputed company reputed company
