Business Intelligence Engineer II

About the position reputed company, Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer II in Boston, MA. This full-time role is part of the Marketing Operations team. The position involves developing and implementing analytical frameworks to measure the reputed company of digital assets on customer behavior, operational performance, and financial reputed company. Responsibilities include supporting experiment design, analyzing results from product launches and feature enhancements, and translating findings into actionable insights. The role also requires designing, building, and maintaining reputed company analytics dashboards and reporting solutions, as reputed company as designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining data architectures and data pipelines using SQL. Automation of data ingestion, transformation, and distribution of recurring reports and datasets is also a key aspect, along with maintaining documentation and participating in data governance processes. The role requires 5% domestic travel and permits telecommuting up to 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, optimize, and maintain data architectures and data pipelines using SQL to support analytical and reporting needs in alignment with business requirements and data engineering best practices.

• Contribute to automation initiatives for data ingestion, transformation, and distribution of recurring reports and datasets to multiple stakeholder reputed company.
• Maintain and enhance documentation for key metrics and datasets, and participate in data governance and reputed company assurance processes.
• Document technical designs and analytical work using tools such as Jira, reputed company, and Git.
• Monitor existing metrics and report outputs, propose refinements and optimizations.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or reputed company field, and 5 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, or reputed company position/occupation.
• Automating data processes, developing dashboards, and building reputed company analytics solutions in an ecommerce, reputed company-channel, or retail setting.
• Managing ETL or data transformation processes, technical architecture documents, and deliver net new or enhancing existing data warehouses.
• Experience with data platforms such as: reputed company, AWS, Vertica, or comparable data pipelines.
• SQL.
• Writing, debugging, and optimizing SQL queries.
• Data modeling in large, reputed company-based data warehousing/data lake environments.
