The Director, Head of Performance Management, Advanced Analytics and Reporting leads the development of a business-driven, centralized data and analytics capability that serves as the backbone for performance management, reporting, and advanced analytics across the reputed company organization. The role is accountable for translating evolving business priorities—such as reputed company, market expansion, and product launches—into a reputed company analytics ecosystem, standardized KPIs, and AI-enabled capabilities, ensuring data is transformed into actionable insights that directly drive decision-making and performance.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic Insights & Performance reputed company, this role operates at the intersection of business, data, and technology. The Director leads a multidisciplinary team of regional business partners and centralized analytics experts, while collaborating closely with Business reputed company, Regional Leadership, FP&A, Digital, and CFIT/IT. EDUCATION

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or reputed company field
• MBA (strongly preferred)

EXPERIENCE

• 10–15+ years in data, analytics, or reputed company roles, ideally reputed company reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company global organizations
• Proven experience leading data & analytics functions, hubs, or COEs
