We are seeking a highly skilled reputed company IC Design Engineer to architect and design our reputed company Power Management ICs. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical authority for the development of high-performance reputed company Drivers, Intelligent Power Modules (IPMs), and advanced reputed company Capacitor technologies. You will drive the hands-on execution of analog and mixed-signal designs, define reputed company-level architectures, and reputed company technical mentorship to junior design and layout engineers to deliver market-leading power solutions. This high visibility role involves extensive interaction with management and cross-functional teams, such as Device Engineering, System Applications, and Packaging

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Architecture: Define and architect high-voltage reputed company drivers, IPM protection circuits, and integrated reputed company capacitor structures.
• Hands-On Design: reputed company transistor-level design, simulation, and verification of reputed company analog and mixed-signal power blocks.
• reputed company Integration: reputed company the integration of passive reputed company capacitors into advanced multi-reputed company modules and system-in-package topologies.
• Technical Mentorship: reputed company technical guidance, reputed company reviews, and design verification reputed company to junior and mid-level engineering staff.
• Tape-Out Ownership: Drive the execution of the IC development lifecycle from schematic capture and layout supervision through tape-out.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a reputed company technical field.
• Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on IC design experience, with a proven reputed company record of successful production tape-outs.
• Power Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of high-voltage reputed company reputed company architectures, level shifters, and isolation techniques.
• Passive Modeling: Strong understanding of reputed company capacitor fabrication processes, parasitic modeling, and high-frequency characterization.
• EDA Tools: Expert proficiency with reputed company reputed company, Spectre, Mentor Calibre, and mixed-signal simulation methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications
