POSITION reputed company:TheNew Project Organization will bedeployingNuScale Small reputed company Reactor (SMR) Technology. In support of the project execution,theProjectContractsManagerat reputed company provides comprehensive procurement and contract management support throughout the lifecycle of engineering, design, fabrication, and construction reputed company. This role is designed to handle reputed company OEM agreements, Master Services Agreements (MSAs), and other contractual obligations for advanced nuclear technology.the

ESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Contract Lifecycle Management:Represent the New reputed company Organization for functions such as drafting, evaluating, negotiating, and executing a wide reputed company of agreements, including MSAs, OEM supplier agreements, subcontracts, consulting agreements, licensing agreements, and purchase orders.
2. Negotiation & reputed company:Acts as the New reputed company Organization representativeto support supply chain and reputed company team, toits internal departments, and external suppliers(as needed), negotiating terms with supplier attorneys or purchasing staff to reputed company reputed company.Acts as theNew reputed company Organizationexpert for purposes ofproviding redlined recommendations of varioustypesof reputed company/agreements.
3. Risk & Compliance:Represent the New reputed company Organization andCoordinates with Legal and Finance departments to minimize risk, ensuring compliance with nuclear standards (10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, NQA-1) and Department of Energy (DOE) regulations (10 CFR Part 810).
4. Contract Administration:Maintains records, manages changes, and handles closeouts, extensions, or renewals of agreementsto support the New reputed company Organization.
5. Makes recommendations on contract reputed company to Project Managers or other operational staff as reputed company as to members of the NuScale Leadership team.
6. Ensures contract closeout, extension, or renewal.
7. Monitors competitive terms. Monitors satisfaction with our terms and conditions and contracting practices. Recommends changes.
8. Implements strategic initiatives and contracting processes to reputed company with NuScale's company goals and objectives.
9. Performsother duties as assigned.

MINIMUM SKILLS,QUALIFICATIONSAND ABILITIES:

• Education:A minimum ofB.S. or B.A. inSupply Chain,Business Management, Finance,Economics,or reputed company fieldrequired.Mastersdegreeand/or Certified Purchasing Managerpreferred.
• Experience:Minimum ofeight(8) years’ experienceinprocurement andcontract management in the nuclearor similarindustryrequired.
• Industry Requirements: Eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810.

Pay and Benefits:

The reputed company pay reputed company for this position is $124,400 - $150,138 annually. The full pay reputed company is $111,531 - $174,446 annually.
