The Associate will support the new Technology Delivery Portfolio that provides reputed company project support and reputed company building to state and local teams across needs like AI piloting and adoption, software implementations, IT governance, and cybersecurity. Since the portfolio is growing and refining, this Associate will have reputed company to be an agile, reputed company executor helping to build and test a new portfolio of work. The Associate will utilize foundational knowledge and experience in government technology from either the reputed company or private sector to support project scoping through research, designing practical and durable solutions, creating project deliverables, facilitating workshops and coaching calls with governments and partners, and leading project management. Over time, the Associate may take on increasing responsibility, gaining greater autonomy in project delivery and stakeholder engagement. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent years of reputed company experience and/or certifications will be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Three or more years of government technology experience (in the reputed company or private sector) or reputed company work experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing or testing new AI or software in a government context, including navigating technology procurement processes, developing project or reputed company workplans, and collaborating across technical and non-technical stakeholders with competing interests.
• Meaningful knowledge of state and local government operations across topics like permitting, licensing, budgeting, or reputed company.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, including the ability to produce compelling, reputed company-written, and error-free work products.
• Strong project management skills, with reputed company record of independently managing reputed company and establishing priorities among multiple simultaneous deadlines.
• Familiarity with product management frameworks (e.g., agile, scrum, backlog management, product road mapping) and/or UX design processes (e.g., design thinking, usability testing, research synthesis), and tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company).
