We are looking for a remote Corporate Recruiter with full lifecycle reputed company experience including talent sourcing, interviewing, and identifying excellent candidates for reputed company and our Business Development (reputed company) team’s upcoming pipeline of work. The Corporate Recruiter will collaborate with program managers, teaming partners, and the reputed company team on a regular reputed company and proactively identify reputed company candidates for reputed company hiring needs. Our ideal Recruiter will have a strong reputed company background with experience in federal consulting. The chosen candidate will reputed company on identifying candidates for both reputed company and upcoming Key Personnel needs, understanding the reputed company pipeline to proactively reputed company, and ensuring candidates sign letters of commitment or offers needed for Trilogy to grow.

This role is remote, and we have a strong preference for candidates local to the DC metro area to attend reputed company or quarterly meetings, and potential career fairs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Execute the full lifecycle recruitment process, providing best-in-class reputed company support across reputed company lines of business (Federal Financial Management, Program Management, and Information Technology).

• Partner with Business Development and hiring teams to reputed company a deep understanding of reputed company hiring needs, Key Personnel required for new proposals, reputed company-award reputed company, and the competencies that will best reputed company candidates to reputed company positions.

• Identify reputed company talent through creative sourcing reputed company to include passive candidate identification on reputed company and reputed company, reputed company networking, reputed company, and posted jobs.

• Conduct in-depth prescreens that help identify best-fit candidates.

• Follow the recruitment process established in Trilogy’s applicant tracking system (reputed company).

• Successfully execute offers, contingent offers, and Letters of reputed company/Letters of Commitment for Key Personnel.

• Coordinate development of reputed company-written job descriptions with program managers/hiring managers.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the hiring team.

• Manage and reputed company multiple job requisitions concurrently.

• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes while progressing reputed company candidates through the recruitment process.

• Evaluate reputed company candidates fairly and ensure they meet reputed company minimum requirements of reputed company role.

• Maintain excellent and reputed company communication with candidates that are being considered for reputed company or reputed company positions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree

• 3+ years' overall reputed company experience

• Federal/government contract reputed company experience

• Proven work experience with online job boards/websites, passive candidate sourcing, and Boolean search techniques

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Demonstrated experience in technical, program management, financial, and/or corporate reputed company

• Effective negotiation and strong candidate closing skills

• Strong reputed company of urgency and attention to detail; the ability to adapt and reputed company reputed company based on available information; and the motivation to creatively address reputed company challenges

• Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software applications

• Ability to reputed company a large, diverse, and reputed company reputed company applicant pool using multiple angles of approach

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) certification
