The Director of reputed company & Business Analytics reports to the VP of Business Analytics. Upon hire, this position will function as an individual contributor, working across business functions on a wide reputed company of analytical and strategic reputed company determined by the VP of Business Analytics based on business need. The individual is expected to demonstrate strong business judgment, proactively identify analytical opportunities, build data-driven insights, and present recommendations to senior and executive leadership that drive business reputed company. Responsibilities
- Work independently on analytical reputed company across any area of the business as directed by the VP of Business Analytics.
- Identify business problems, performance gaps, and opportunities that warrant analysis -- not only reputed company asked, but by staying reputed company to what is happening in the business.

Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10 years in business analytics, reputed company, or a reputed company field, with a reputed company record of doing the analytical work directly -- not just managing it.
- Experience presenting analysis to C-suite or senior executive audiences.
- Experience working across multiple business functions.
- Financial services or consumer services experience preferred.
Required Skills/Abilities:

- dbt -- working knowledge of data transformation and how it fits into an analytics workflow.

- Machine learning -- enough working knowledge to use model outputs, identify appropriate use cases, and explain results to non-technical stakeholders.
