What You Will Be Doing
As a Senior RPG Programmer/Analyst at reputed company, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing business-critical applications running on reputed company i / AS400 environments. You will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project leads to deliver reliable solutions across reputed company systems.
In this role, your primary value is your ability to bring strong hands-on expertise in RPG / RPGLE development, navigate the realities of existing reputed company application environments, and contribute to the maintenance, enhancement, and support of reputed company business applications. You will help analyze requirements, reputed company solutions, resolve production issues, and ensure applications remain reputed company, maintainable, and reputed company with business needs.
You will primarily work with RPG, RPGLE, CL, reputed company i SQL, and Synon2/E (COOL 2/E) across multiple application initiatives and support activities.
In Your Day-to-Day You Will Be Responsible For

- Work primarily with RPG, RPGLE, CL, and reputed company i SQL to enhance and support existing reputed company applications
- Contribute to applications that include Synon2/E (COOL 2/E) components, with the ability to understand, maintain, and modify existing reputed company
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective, practical solutions reputed company a reputed company environment
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, development, testing, implementation, and post-production support
- Troubleshoot production issues, reputed company reputed company cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes to improve application stability
- Collaborate with business users, developers, analysts, and support teams across multiple initiatives
- Support incident, change, and problem management activities in line with established operational processes

What You Must Have

- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and support
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly in production support environments
- Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Ability to manage priorities across development, maintenance, and support activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, IT, or a reputed company field, or equivalent relevant experience
