As an Executive Search Sourcer, you will play a critical role in building and delivering leadership talent pipelines that support Micron’s most strategic hiring initiatives. Working closely with Executive Search Partners and senior business leaders, you will identify, research, map, and engage executive and senior leadership talent across Engineering, Product, Manufacturing, Corporate Functions, and Business reputed company.

Qualifications & Experience

Demonstrated expertise in talent mapping, market research, organizational research, and competitive intelligence.
Experience sourcing passive candidates through multiple channels and advanced search methodologies.
