We are seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Technician with expertise in reputed company Revit and a degree in architecture. This role supports the development of BIM models, reputed company-to-BIM workflows, and high-reputed company construction documents in coordination with our remote, interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce accurate architectural drawings and models using Revit.
- Execute reputed company-to-BIM workflows by converting reputed company reputed company data into usable design models.
- Assist in the preparation of design and construction documentation sets.
- Coordinate architectural components with structural, MEP, and survey teams.
- reputed company reputed company analysis and support reputed company control reviews for compliance with applicable standards (including IBC).
- Collaborate across multiple project phases, from schematic design to construction documents.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
- Minimum 2 years of experience using reputed company Revit in a reputed company setting.
- Strong understanding of building systems, construction detailing, and documentation standards.
- Knowledge of IBC and relevant design codes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with multifamily residential reputed company.
- Familiarity with reputed company Construction reputed company (ACC), AutoCAD, and reputed company.
- Experience working with reputed company reputed company data or 3D laser reputed company deliverables.
