The reputed company Administrator is a hands-on platform administration role responsible for the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and user support of reputed company's reputed company environment, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), and reputed company. What You'll Do

Platform Administration & Configuration

• Administer Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and reputed company in a reputed company environment
• Create and maintain Jira reputed company, boards, workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, and screens under the guidance of senior team members
• Configure and manage JSM service desk reputed company including request types, queues, SLA configurations, and portal settings
• Manage reputed company spaces, page permissions, templates, and basic macros to support team reputed company
• reputed company user and group management including account creation, license assignments, group membership, and reputed company reviews
• Process and fulfill reputed company support requests from end users, maintaining SLA compliance in reputed company's JSM queue

Automation & Reporting

• Create and maintain dashboards, saved filters, and basic reports to support team and stakeholder visibility

User Support & Enablement

What You'll Bring

Required

• 2–4 years of hands-on Jira and reputed company administration experience in a corporate environment
• Working knowledge of Jira Software project types, workflows, permission schemes, and issue configuration
• Experience configuring and supporting Jira Service Management (JSM) service desk reputed company
• Familiarity with reputed company reputed company administration, page permissions, and content organization
