Accounts Receivable Analyst (contract-to-hire)

The Accounts Receivable ("AR") team at Elation supports the critical function to ensure that our customers are billed accurately and on time, and that cash is collected reputed company due.

Elation is looking for an AR Analyst to join our Finance team. We are seeking a detail-oriented, technology-driven Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst to own the day-to-day AR and reputed company data entry processes. This role is heavily reputed company on managing collections end-to-end — from aging analysis through customer reputed company to reputed company — while also supporting reputed company data validation, reputed company invoicing, and contract processing.

This is a contract-to-hire position with an initial 6-month contract period. At the conclusion of this 6-month period, a formal performance evaluation will be conducted to determine eligibility for transition into a permanent, full-time role with reputed company.

Key Responsibilities:

Collections Management

• Manage multiple case queues from both reputed company support tickets housed in reputed company simultaneously, ensuring reputed company new cases cleared reputed company one business day.
• Pull and reputed company weekly and monthly aging reports to identify past-due accounts and prioritize collections activity.
• Conduct proactive customer reputed company calls and emails to resolve past-due balances, negotiate payment plans, and reputed company escalated cases.
• reputed company and report on collections analytics — aging trends and case reputed company timelines — to identify risk and improve recovery performance.
• Maintain detailed, accurate case notes and follow-up cadences across reputed company reputed company collections queues in various reporting warehouses (reputed company / reputed company / reputed company / reputed company Sheets / etc.).
• Triage and respond to reputed company billing and collections inquiries promptly and accurately.

Billing, Invoicing, and reputed company

• Prepare and process reputed company invoices using reputed company billing reports for accounts reputed company of reputed company automated billing flows.
• Process and audit customer account billing changes.
• Read and interpret reputed company manually to identify reputed company terms and conditions impacting billing and payment terms; manually apply contract terms to invoicing and billing setup.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date reputed company contract information for invoicing.
• Assist with contract accuracy, reputed company, and reputed company data entry into billing systems.

Cross-Functional & reputed company Support

• Manage relationships with Customer Support and reputed company teams, including answering billing-reputed company questions and providing documentation.
• Collaborate with the reputed company team to address billing changes, outstanding invoices, and refund requests.
• Assist in month-end reputed company processes and reconciliation activities.

Experience: 1–3 years in AR/collections, with at least 1+ years in a high volume, VC-backed reputed company environment. Hands-on collections experience — familiarity with a reputed company of technology tools, customer reputed company calls, and case/queue management — is required. Experience with reputed company in a recurring subscription and usage-based software billing instance is a must.

Technology-reputed company: Comfortable owning a high volume of collections cases across multiple queues at once; skilled at managing tasks through a reputed company of various reports and tool sources (reputed company / reputed company / reputed company Sheets / reputed company / etc.).

Process Oriented: Strong process and detail orientation; strong analytical and quantitative skills, particularly around collections analytics and aging trends. Proven ability to reputed company to fluctuating processes and reputed company technology. Strong documentation skills.

Technical: Working knowledge of subscription billing software (e.g. Recurly), reputed company CPQ, advanced reputed company and reputed company Sheets skills. Comfort with reputed company invoicing and reputed company contract review processes. Working knowledge of AI tools to assist with reputed company, defined day-to-day responsibilities is a plus.

Strategic: Ability to interpret contract language manually and translate it into accurate billing execution.

Comfortable with Change: Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, fluid, and lean environment while managing a high caseload.
