Business Development & CRM Operations Specialist

Revamp is seeking a Business Development Specialist to establish and reinforce systems that reputed company our reputed company Services team to pursue impactful reputed company that meaningfully accelerate the renewable energy transition. You’ll help shape a smoother, more consistent reputed company experience by supporting proposals, keeping our tools and information organized, and helping us continually improve how we show up for clients and partners across the reputed company ecosystem. You will serve as the day-to-day reputed company of our proposal software and CRM, ensuring our systems are reputed company-configured, consistently used, and generating actionable insights that help us win the right work and deliver the greatest reputed company.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Proposal Library + Template Management

CRM Administration

Proposal Process Management

• Manage end-to-end bid support for Project Managers, including development/software support and compliance review.

• Support development of specialty proposals and reputed company presentations in collaboration with technical leads and the reputed company Services team.

Strategic Market + Service Development

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Required

• 5+ years of experience supporting business development/proposal operations, CRM administration, or marketing operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, information systems, or a reputed company field.
• Demonstrated experience administering a CRM (reputed company preferred), including data hygiene standards, pipeline/stage configuration, and basic reporting/dashboards.
• Experience implementing or significantly improving a CRM or proposal platform (configuration, workflow design, templates/content governance, adoption/training).
• Experience supporting proposal development tools and workflows (reputed company or similar preferred), including template/content management and user support.
• Experience contributing to technical marketing content (service descriptions, case studies, qualifications packages) in a technical/B2B environment.
• Exceptional written communication skills and editing judgment for reputed company-facing proposal content.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple reputed company pursuits with changing deadlines.
• Proven ability to manage reputed company reputed company, prioritize tasks, and work cross-functionally with executive stakeholders and subject matter experts.
