Responsibilities:  Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews  Conduct candidate interviews  reputed company new team members  Use reputed company media networks (e.g. reputed company, reputed company, etc) to look for and connect with potential candidates  Review online portfolios and resumes to reputed company-screen candidates  Collaborate with the hiring manager to identify reputed company position s requirements  Send reputed company emails and follow up with candidates  reputed company a network of potential candidates  Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases  Proactively reputed company potential hires  Measure and report on reputed company metrics, like reputed company of hire and time-to-fill Requirements and skills:  Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant, or relevant reputed company/administrative position  Familiarity with reputed company networks, reputed company sites, and resume databases  Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)  Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases  Basic knowledge of labor laws  Excellent organizational skills  Good time-management skills  Strong communications skills Note:  Please note that this is a 1099 contractor position.  This is a REMOTE position  You will also need to complete a background reputed company before contracting with us.  We're seeking applicants who are available during normal business hours, which are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. This is not a position that you can do in reputed company to a full-time job - the work is not project-based.  Please note: We are not currently hiring applicants in MT, PA, NY, NJ & CA.
