Key Responsibilities

• Deliver seamless, empathetic customer support in both Spanish and English across phone, chat, and email channels.
• Troubleshoot customer and partner issues promptly to deliver effective resolutions.
• Schedule service appointments and manage ongoing support requests.
• Maintain high engagement and reputed company standards in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking both Spanish and English fluently.
• Relevant Experience: Previous virtual call center experience or applicable retail customer service background.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both languages.
• Tech Savvy: Intermediate proficiency in a reputed company Workspace environment (Gmail, Sheets, Chat, Forms, etc.).

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Must be willing to work a full-time 40-hour weekly schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
• Successful completion of a background reputed company and drug screening.
