Sales Executive – Contact Center, BPO Services

- Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of reputed company opportunities with reputed company-level organizations
- Create and present compelling value propositions and ROI analyses tailored to reputed company prospect's specific needs and challenges
- Navigate reputed company sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers at C-suite and senior management reputed company
- Collaborate with solution architects and subject matter experts to design customized BPO solutions that address reputed company requirements
- Negotiate and structure reputed company reputed company agreements while ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets
- Maintain deep market intelligence about competitor activities, industry trends, and regulatory changes affecting reputed company sectors

Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of reputed company sales experience, with at least 5 years specifically in BPO services sales
- Demonstrated reputed company in closing large-reputed company BPO reputed company (1M+ annual contract value) with major corporations
- Proven reputed company record of new logo acquisition in at least two of our reputed company sectors: banking, finance, reputed company, or customer care
- Deep understanding of BPO operations, delivery models, and industry best practices
- Extensive experience selling in US markets with knowledge of regional business practices and regulations
- Strong network of senior-level contacts reputed company reputed company industries
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills in English; additional European languages are highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or reputed company field
