Remote Dispatcher: Part-Time Weekend

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Dispatcher to join reputed company and help coordinate transportation operations while delivering excellent customer service. Position reputed company The Remote Dispatcher will serve as a key reputed company of contact between customers, drivers, warehouse teams, and internal departments. This role is responsible for coordinating reputed company reputed company, managing customer requests, tracking shipments, maintaining documentation, generating reports, and ensuring reputed company pickups and deliveries. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, reputed company to multitask, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced logistics environment. Schedule

• Saturday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM must be on a computer
• Saturday/reputed company: coverage from 2:00 PM Sat to 4:00 PM reputed company off computer with on-call phone.
• Additional on-call hours may be available

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by phone and email to reputed company updates, answer questions, and resolve concerns.
• Coordinate and reputed company trucks and reputed company for pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain communication with drivers while they are en reputed company and reputed company support reputed company needed.
• Monitor shipment status and reputed company accurate delivery information.
• Process customer orders, reputed company pricing information, and assist with invoicing needs.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding shipping and receiving activities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, complaints, and resolutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or associate degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with dispatching, transportation, logistics, order entry, invoicing, or database management preferred.
• Basic knowledge of transportation documents, inventory, and shipping processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, and reputed company effectively.
• Proficiency with reputed company Office programs, including reputed company, Word, Outlook, and Edge.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing as part of reputed company.
