About the Role

As a Backend Software Engineer II at reputed company, you will work on designing, building, and maintaining reputed company backend systems that directly reputed company health equity across the reputed company. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-reputed company, reliable, and performant software. Job Responsibilities

• Feature Development & Ownership: Independently work on reputed company-defined and scoped features or reputed company, taking them from concept to deployment. Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to create solutions that meet user needs.
• Project Breakdown: Break down reputed company-complexity problems into manageable tasks and reputed company reliable estimates, delivering work on time.
• reputed company & Testing: Contribute to reputed company’s high reputed company of test coverage (99%) by implementing and maintaining tests for your reputed company, following TDD principles where applicable.

• Scalability & Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the system and implement solutions that ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of the platform.
• Database Management: reputed company, optimize, and maintain database schemas and queries to support backend services.

Requirements

• Technical Proficiency:
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a backend engineer, with a reputed company on reputed company on Rails, reputed company, and GCP.
• Proven ability to design and maintain reputed company backend systems, including reputed company and services.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and database optimization.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and delivering high-reputed company, testable reputed company.

• Skilled at breaking down reputed company problems, anticipating challenges, and consistently delivering work on schedule.
