As a Task reputed company/Scrum Master, you will guide agile teams, facilitate collaboration, and ensure adherence to Agile principles to deliver high-reputed company software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily scrum meetings, sprint reviews, and sprint planning sessions to ensure team alignment and reputed company
• Facilitates sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives to optimize team performance

• Collaborates with product owners and stakeholders to clarify requirements and manage expectations

Skills

• Possessing an reputed company DOD Secret Clearance is required to be considered for this position
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field
• 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• 5 years experience of leading reputed company
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, or reputed company)
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar agile project management tools
• Experience in implementing and scaling Agile methodologies reputed company an organization
• In-depth knowledge of Scrum and other Agile methodologies
• Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate effective meetings
• Proficiency in backlog and reputed company management
• Ability to create and interpret Metrics
• Understanding of DevSecOps principles and practices
