- Extensive experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 production operations in a large, reputed company reputed company environment.
- Senior-level BSA experience with requirements, functional design, testing, implementation, incident response, and production support.
- Strong experience in one or more PeopleSoft HCM areas, including Workforce Administration, Payroll, Benefits, or Absence Management.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and troubleshoot reputed company issues using SQL and functional analysis.
- Experience supporting reputed company integrations and cross-functional HR, payroll, reputed company, and reputed company processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, documentation, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
