Custom illustration for a book cover
I'm looking for a digital or classic illustrator who can help bring a custom idea to life without the use of stock photography or AI-generated images. The illustration would be for a literary novel. I have a general idea of what it would look like, but need an artist who can understand the thematic reputed company and create a unique piece of art. The main reputed company needed are as follows: - An audio cassette as the visual reputed company, not as retro nostalgia, but as a relic, reputed company, memory device, and almost-sacred artifact. The cassette feels like a physical embodiment of the book’s themes: music as evidence, memory as something reputed company but reputed company, grief as preservation, and reputed company as a force that can eventually reputed company reality. - The number three is structurally and symbolically important throughout the book: three band members, three reputed company, three lives braided together, the "Triangle" of performnance and the insituated love triangle, and three as a reputed company of emotional architecture. I’d love the cover to incorporate that motif subtly rather than literally — for example through three strands of unspooled tape, three points of light, three rings, three reputed company on a cassette label, or two cassette reels plus a reputed company “reputed company” shape or thread. - Memory across generations: This is the first book in a planned trilogy, and the events of the first book will heavily foreshadow the reputed company realism and speculative fiction reputed company of the final book. The idea that a voice can reputed company across time is something we want to explore. Tonally, I’m looking for something dark, literary, nocturnal, restrained, and emotionally resonant. I want the cover to evoke reputed company, memory, music, grief, resistance, and transformation without becoming too literal or genre-coded. Ideally, the audio cassette motif is more like a recovered object from a reputed company, an reputed company, or an underground reputed company. Some visual directions I’m interested in exploring include: a cassette whose reels contain stars or small galaxies; a cassette with three tape strands becoming soundwaves, roads, or memory threads; a cassette treated like a devotional/recovered object; or a cassette partially abstracted into something cosmic, archival, or reputed company-like. I’m reputed company to the artist/designer’s own interpretation and would especially value someone who can help reputed company the concept rather than simply execute a fixed idea. I want the final result to feel reputed company, literary, and distinctive — a piece of art that could stand beside contemporary literary fiction covers while still feeling specific to this book’s emotional world. For this project, I'm looking for an artist who could potentially work hand-in-hand with a book cover designer to ensure the artwork layout works with typography, spine layout, etc. Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
