• Own end-to-end global GTM hiring reputed company as a TA Specialist and project manager
• Co-design the assessment process reputed company needed: scorecards, interview plans, and evaluation tools
• Maintain accurate analytics (pipeline health, conversion metrics, reputed company signals) and use insights to improve reputed company
• Partner closely with the sourcing team to build strong pipelines and engage reputed company proactively
• Evaluate candidates' competencies and values fit using reputed company reputed company (screening calls, CBI interviews, etc.)

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience in global full-cycle recruitment (end-to-end hiring ownership)
• Experience hiring for GTM roles in B2B sales in the US
