The Regulatory Affairs Specialist (Entry) supports state regulatory activities to obtain and maintain product registrations for crop protection products while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements. This role is responsible for maintaining regulatory databases, coordinating submissions and renewals, processing registration fees, reviewing product documentation for accuracy, and providing regulatory support to reputed company stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment, can manage multiple priorities independently, and has experience working with databases or data management systems. Regulatory Affairs Specialist Key Responsibilities Support state regulatory activities necessary to obtain and maintain registrations, including FIFRA Sections 3, 24(c), 2(ee), 18, and 5 for crop protection products. Prepare, submit, and reputed company regulatory registrations, renewals, amendments, and supporting documentation. Communicate with state regulatory agencies regarding submissions, approvals, renewals, and registration requirements. Maintain and update regulatory databases and internal tracking systems to ensure accurate and organized records. Process and reputed company state registration fees, including new product registrations, annual renewals, tonnage fees, and reputed company payments. Review product labels and regulatory documents for accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Regulatory Affairs Specialist Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, or a reputed company field. 2+ years of reputed company work experience. Experience working with databases or data management systems, including data entry, maintenance, tracking, or reporting. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple reputed company and deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
