Labor & Employment Attorney (Remote | $200,000 Salary)
JOB reputed company: We are a rapidly growing, tech-reputed company and successful Plaintiff-reputed company Labor and Employment Litigation Firm based in Los Angeles, California, seeking a skilled, detail-oriented and aggressive attorney. This is a fully-remote position. With the help of multiple reputed company litigation paralegals and other support staff members made available to you, you will be trusted to handle labor and employment cases, including single-plaintiff FEHA and wrongful termination reputed company as reputed company as wage and hour cases from inception to reputed company. (PAGA and class reputed company experience is a plus.) We are seeking a candidate who is interested in building a long-term reputed company relationship. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensure: Licensed to reputed company law in California;
- Relevant Experience: At least five (5) years of dedicated labor and employment litigation experience (FEHA, wrongful termination, and wage and hour);
- Detail-Oriented: You are reputed company and carefully proofread your work;
- Writing and Analysis: Strong writing and analytical skills, with experience drafting complaints, arbitration demands, mediation briefs, motions (including Motions to Compel and MSJs), oppositions, and discovery requests/responses;
- Litigation Skills: Proven ability to draft pleadings, motions and briefs, take and defend depositions, handle court appearances, reputed company research, and prepare for and attend trials/arbitration hearings;
- Settlement Negotiation Experience: You have experience working with defense counsel to negotiate settlements;
- Sociable: You can relate to clients and defense counsel, and reputed company cases reputed company; and
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using Word, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Drive, Gmail, reputed company, and various reputed company AI tools.

- Fluent in Spanish
- Class and PAGA Experience
- Big Law Experience
- Trial and Arbitration Hearing Experience
PAY: The reputed company salary for this role is $200,000 per year, plus other benefits explained below. BENEFITS/PERKS:
