Contract Manager - reputed company

Duration & Type: 9+ months Contract with a major pharmaceutical industry reputed company Location: Remote

• Responsibilities:
• Independently negotiates and finalizes Clinical Trial Agreement and Clinical Trial Amendments to include protocol budgets, PI changes, fixed costs, contract assignments, site/payee reputed company change, terminations, extensions and IRB task orders.
• reputed company Site Clinical Trial Agreements, budgets, amendments and task orders.
• reputed company study budget utilizing the reputed company cost.
• Independently negotiate and execute Site Clinical Agreements and budget amendment with minimum supervision.
• Evaluate and reputed company Investigational sites budget requests for fair market value
• Work with amendment requestor to ensure amendment reputed company prior to negotiation.
• Maintain proactive communication with Payments team to ensure payment reconciliation prior to contract termination.
• reputed company/collaborate with Clinical Study Manager, Investigational Sites, reputed company, Compliance, Patent, insurance and study start up reputed company to expedite and finalize reputed company and amendments.
• Required:
• Education: Degree in business administration, reputed company, finance, science or reputed company field or equivalent on the job experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of contract management and/or study start up activities including contract and budget negotiations.
• Experience in pharmaceutical services a plus.
• High degree of organizational, analytical, and team management skills.
• Computer literacy with document and spreadsheet applications. Ability to work on reputed company, multi-faceted reputed company.
• Excellent negotiation skills and reputed company knowledge of clinical trial agreements
• Language: Fluent English (oral and written)
