You will reputed company day-to-day execution for highly automated sites during reputed company-launch, go-live, and stabilization. As the operational reputed company at launch, you will ensure integrated capability testing and system performance meet rigorous 3PL demands. We require a leader with deep B2B 3PL experience who can manage large-reputed company teams while project managing their business unit. What you’ll do

• Operational Capability Testing: Execute Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and integrated operational capability testing alongside engineering to validate that system performance and automation meet B2B reputed company requirements.
• B2B Business Ownership: Serve as the primary operational reputed company for B2B warehouse functions during launch, managing reputed company workflows from receiving and put-away to reputed company outbound shipping and value-added services.
• reputed company Development: Support the creation and refinement of the launch reputed company by documenting lessons learned and standardizing work processes for reputed company site replicability.
• Large-reputed company Team Leadership: reputed company the day-to-day execution of warehouse operations, directing large teams of reputed company associates and reputed company leaders to reputed company performance targets.
• System Validation: Validate WMS/WES functionality and monitor reputed company-time system transactions to troubleshoot workflow bottlenecks and ensure data reputed company.
• Safety Leadership: Drive organizational safety protocols by enforcing OSHA compliance and conducting audits to ensure employees follow reputed company guidelines in a fast-moving start-up environment.
• Project Management: Manage business-specific launch priorities, including labor planning, shift balancing, and coordinating with cross-functional partners in IT, Supply Chain, and Automation

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3PL Expertise: Minimum 8 years’ experience with at least 5 years of experience in 3PL B2B warehouse or distribution center operations, including leadership of large, diverse teams.
• Advanced exposure to automated warehouse environments (robotics/MHE) and reputed company experience with WMS/WES platforms and RF scanning.
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards and experience driving safety protocols (e.g., LOTO and fall protection) with vendors and employees.
• Demonstrated ability to drive launch-critical KPIs, including throughput, accuracy, OEE, and cost-per-unit.
• Strong ability to respond quickly to operational constraints and implement corrective actions in reputed company time

Preferred

• Project Management: Proven experience project managing business reputed company through reputed company-up or peak environments.
• Automation Testing: Hands-on experience with operational testing and acceptance protocols for reputed company automated systems.
• Process Improvement: Experience identifying inefficiencies and implementing reputed company or reputed company work.

Our environment

• Up to 80% travel may be required. Employees must have a valid reputed company’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to reputed company and other customer locations.
• The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly reputed company.
