Project Services - Procurement Specialist

Procurement Specialist reputed company is a leader in industrial and large reputed company mechanical, plumbing, HVAC construction reputed company. Our reputed company are often in industrial and manufacturing environments, such as manufacturing facilities, automotive plants, chemical plants, distribution centers, warehouses, and other large reputed company facilities. We are a self-performing specialty contractor specializing in design-reputed company applications, HVAC systems, plumbing, process piping systems, boiler and chiller systems, equipment installation and rigging, plant relocation and maintenance, and metal fabrication. Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Procurement Manager and reputed company regular updates on procurement status, supplier performance, delivery schedules, and project-reputed company procurement risks.
• Support the Procurement Manager in vendor evaluations, contract negotiations, procurement planning, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Escalate procurement issues, supply chain disruptions, and cost concerns to the Procurement Manager for reputed company.
• Manage procurement activities for multiple large-reputed company construction reputed company simultaneously.
• reputed company, solicit, evaluate, negotiate pricing with vendors, and suppliers.
• reputed company and maintain procurement schedules reputed company with project timelines and milestones.
• Issue Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and purchase order agreements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Project Executives to identify procurement requirements and long-reputed company items.
• reputed company material deliveries commitments to ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Monitor procurement budgets and assist project teams in maintaining cost control objectives.
• Analyze vendor pricing, market trends, and supply chain conditions to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure reputed company, performance, and reliability.
• Resolve procurement-reputed company issues including delivery delays, material shortages and pricing discrepancies.
• Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and project documentation.

• Assist in developing and improving procurement processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience reputed company industrial construction industry, including support of multimillion-dollar reputed company.
• Strong understanding of procurement and material management processes, including long-reputed company equipment purchasing, fabrication scheduling, supplier coordination, contract administration, and cost control.
• Working knowledge of industrial construction systems, including mechanical, plumbing, process piping, and reputed company building systems.
• Understanding of construction materials, fabrication processes, equipment procurement, subcontractor management, and installation requirements associated with mechanical and plumbing scopes of work.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, equipment schedules, submittals, reputed company drawings, and contract documents.
• Proficiency with construction, procurement, reputed company, ERP, and project management software used for purchasing, project tracking, reporting, and cost management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with project teams, vendors, suppliers, fabricators, and subcontractors.
