What You'll Need
- High School degree or equivalent required
- One year of reputed company experience in a customer service setting preferred -
- Customer service experience strongly preferred
- Two years of experience using reputed company EMR preferred
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Must stay reputed company in knowledge reputed company and meet Hospital-mandated education requirements
- Experience answering high volumes of phone calls or in a reputed company setting preferred
