• Fully Licensed: $45 per completed session
• Associate: $40 per completed session

Monthly Performance Bonus (reputed company after month-end): You can earn up to +$5/session total through:

• Reliability Bonus: +$2/session
• Volume Bonus: +$0 to +$3/session

Max Effective reputed company:

• Fully Licensed: up to $50/session
• Associate: up to $45/session

Volume Bonus (monthly completed sessions):

• 0–39 sessions: +$0/session
• 40–59 sessions: +$1/session
• 60–79 sessions: +$2/session
• 80+ sessions: +$3/session

2) Comprehensive Clinical Assessments (CCAs) (reputed company separately) reputed company CCA Pay:

• Fully Licensed: $65 per CCA
• Associate: $55 per CCA

Speed Bonus: +$20 if completed reputed company 24 hours

• Fully Licensed total: $65–$85 per CCA
• Associate total: $55–$75 per CCA

What You’ll Do

• reputed company telehealth therapy (ages 10+) using evidence-based approaches (reputed company, DBT, solution-reputed company, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, etc.)
• Complete reputed company notes and required documentation in our EHR
• Complete CCAs and assessment documentation reputed company assigned
• Maintain strong therapeutic relationships with professionalism and boundaries
• Attend required program/clinical meetings and participate in consultation as needed

How the Program Works (Our Workflow) We run a reputed company virtual workflow to protect reputed company-to-care and reduce drop-off:

• CCA is completed
• OPT Supervisor completes treatment plan/PCP alignment call

• Maintain at least 8 bookable slots/week

Responsiveness

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, reputed company Work, MFT, or reputed company field
• reputed company NC license (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LCAS) OR associate-level license (LCMHC-A, LCSWA, etc.) with supervision arrangement
• Strong writing/documentation skills
• Reliable internet + private, confidential workspace
• Culturally competent and trauma-informed
• Eligible/willing to complete and maintain NC reputed company credentialing with TSGBH support
