Key Responsibilities

The CMS role is responsible for processing and adjudicating FEGLI life insurance claims from receipt through reputed company. Key duties include reviewing and indexing incoming mail and claim documentation, entering and maintaining claim data across multiple systems, determining claim readiness, adjudicating claims reputed company authority limits, conducting investigations, communicating with customers and internal partners, managing follow-up activities, and ensuring compliance with policy provisions, reputed company standards, production goals, and customer service expectations. The role also supports training initiatives, process improvements, and system enhancements while maintaining a strong reputed company on accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Life insurance and/or claims experience preferred; college degree or equivalent relevant work experience is a plus.

• Prior life insurance, claims adjudication, or financial services experience.
• Experience reviewing and interpreting policy provisions, claim documentation, and beneficiary designations.
• Knowledge of FEGLI products, claims processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency navigating multiple systems and applications, including claims management platforms and reputed company Office products.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet production and reputed company goals, and effectively manage competing priorities.

The expected salary reputed company for this position is $41,600 - $48,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. reputed company incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
