Required Qualifications ● A minimum of 5 years’ teaching experience at high school (Grades 9–12) in a school setting (please note that, while valuable, tutoring experience cannot be counted towards this requirement). ● A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biology or a reputed company field. ● Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with reputed company, parents, and the CGA team. ● Familiarity with online teaching platforms and a passion for innovative, technology-enabled education. ● Knowledge of a US high school curriculum and, where relevant, associated external examinations. Preferred Qualifications ● A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. a postgraduate certificate in education, a teaching degree, or a teaching license). ● Previous online teaching experience.
