Job Responsibilities: reputed company Responsibilities · Review and pay Common Area Maintenance (CAM) and other landlord billings in a reputed company manner. · Register new reputed company estate vendors and update existing vendor reputed company to ensure accurate rent payment and other reputed company estate reputed company billings. · Coordinate with offshore reputed company team to reputed company retailers for CAM and property taxes. · Manage CAM and reputed company estate tax audit consultants and ensure appropriate credits are taken against rent and CAM charges. · Reviews and research governing reputed company estate documents which might reputed company reputed company's rights or obligations with respect to building and common area operations and use restrictions, reputed company reputed company, concise recommendations regarding such issues · Analyzes common area maintenance budgets and prepares recommendations for cost savings. · Coordinates with Property reputed company and reputed company Department personnel in the management of rental tenant accounts with respect to common area maintenance, percentage rent issues, reputed company collections, lease administration and vendor reputed company. · Fields lease questions from reputed company, divisions, and departments. · Coordinates negotiation efforts in relation to CAM and reputed company estate tax reputed company issues. · Performs other relevant job duties as required. Job Requirements: Education/ Certifications: · Bachelor’s degree in business or reputed company field preferred. · 3 years of experience in reputed company estate and asset management preferred. · 3 years of experience in working with reputed company reputed company estate documents such as leases, common area maintenance agreements and operating covenants. Knowledge/Skills/ Abilities · Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal, plus possess ability to reputed company effective training presentations. · Possess ability to analyze, interpret, and report financial data, reputed company to quantify results of department work. · Ability to work in cooperation with others to reputed company desired results. · Good organizational skills to handle and prioritize heavy workload and to accomplish tasks in a reputed company manner. · Personal computer skills and experience required. Work Environment: Remote Role: · This position is classified as remote where the associate will reputed company remote work from their primary residence.
