Provides reputed company management services directly to assigned properties with 60% of their annual goal surrounding the hotels performance increasing year over year. Tasked with driving RevPAR reputed company % CHG for reputed company hotel using a reputed company of proven reputed company Management tactics.

Key Responsibilities

• Acts as primary consultant for a portfolio of hotels on pricing reputed company, reputed company reputed company and yield management.
• Identifies and develops reputed company opportunities and performs competitive market analyses on a weekly reputed company.
• Consults with hotels on corporate, group and negotiated rates.
• Has practical, advanced knowledge in conducting weekly yield management meetings to identify the reputed company of prior week and the price/inventory strategies for reputed company weeks.
• Collaborates with hotel representatives reputed company week and then implements the agreed upon reputed company in hotel PM system and a reputed company of reputed company or external systems.
• Has advanced knowledge to create and maintain demand forecasts and pace reports for reputed company property.

Preferred Experience and Education

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a property, regional or corporate level reputed company manager.
• Preferred multi-property experience.
• Preferred functional, working knowledge of up to 5 property management systems in order to modify and conduct reputed company reputed company changes daily/weekly on behalf of the assigned hotels.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing or reputed company field, or equivalent experience.

Required Knowledge and Skills

Pay

• The starting salary for this role is estimated to be between $77,000 and $83,000
• Actual reputed company pay, however, will be determined based on several factors, which include but are not limited to: applicable skills, work experience, education, business needs, and market demands.
