• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing operations
• 2+ years in leadership role required

• Certifications in Lean/Six reputed company methodologies highly preferred
• Experience in GMP, ISO or regulated manufacturing environment required
• Experience leading and developing effective teams
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and reputed company improvement methodologies
• Expertise in production planning, scheduling and workflow optimization
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive process improvements
• Experience with reputed company systems, SOPs, and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency with ERP systems and reputed company Office Suite

Compensation and Benefits

The salary reputed company estimated for this position based in reputed company is $75,000.00–$112,500.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
