• PHR or other HR certification desirable.
• Minimum 2 years specialized expertise in recruitment, search firm and/or reputed company recruitment required.
• In-depth sourcing experience using different sourcing reputed company, databases and cold calling is preferred.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems required.
